Responsibilities
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records and files, both physical and digital.
- Managing databases and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handling document filing, retrieval, and archiving.
- Providing general support and assistance to clients and visitors.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
