Preferred skills / experience: good knowledge of legal documentation used to support applicable loan processing; ability to work with legal to solve complex documentation needs, Ability to apply critical thinking to underwriting approvals, loan documentation and processes, ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production professional environment , good organization and prioritization skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
