Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules. Production Monitoring: Oversee all aspects of press room operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of presses and related equipment. Monitor production jobs to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of finished products. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of product quality. Conduct regular inspections of finished parts to identify defects or deviations from specifications and take corrective action as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setups, run times, scrap rates, and material usage. Generate production reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Problem Solving: Address production issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, process inefficiencies, or personnel issues to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity. Schedule jobs in to production and assign work. Must have metal fabrication or metal stamping experience.
