Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, Job duties include:
- Act as an advocate for applicants/customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Offer appropriate service and support solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with our partners.
- Identify and respond to customer inquiries by actively listening to their concerns and needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications.
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
- Record all expressions of dissatisfaction in our system of record for further analysis and improvement.
- 2+ years of experience providing world-class customer service.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and information rapidly.
- Efficient problem solver with the ability to identify and resolve issues for customers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening skills with a keen ability to navigate through difficult situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to work 3:30 pm - Midnight Monday - Friday and 1 weekend day.
