The Commercial Digital Shelf Associate reports into the eCommerce & Digitization Group Director. This role will manage various capabilities used by internal & external stakeholders to enhance the Digital Shelf for all products. These systems are used to manage, monitor, report and analyze the performance of our products in the eCommerce space across search metrics, content benchmarks, inventory availability, and ratings & reviews. This role requires excellent communication skills aimed at simplifying complex digital concepts & capabilities to educate, empower, and inspire the company system towards meeting its strategic eCommerce objectives, through best-in-class Digital Shelf execution.  Position is 6 to 12 months Hybrid in office 3 days a week.   Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field required. 2-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, Content Syndication, Digital Shelf Activation, Product Management, and/or Project Management Direct experience with content management and syndication platforms i.e. Salsify, Syndigo Experience with omni-channel environments and/or eCommerce (retail) channels.
