Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing techniques. Conduct daily meetings with stakeholders to review production schedules and adjust work priorities to support timely production. Monitor production processes, ensuring all operations adhere to established schedules and meet quality specifications. Prepare and present detailed production reports to upper management. Manage the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 5-7 years of production experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a kitting or assembly environment preferred; familiarity with SAP or other MRP systems. Detailed knowledge of production processes, machine dies, fixtures, and tooling. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leadership in a production setting.
