job summary: Our West Michigan Client has a contract opportunity for a Social Media Business Analyst. This role will support global content strategies, social strategies, content productions, go-to-market planning, performance reporting, channel management, and more across social and digital channels. You will use content and social media expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to shape go-to-market content and social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook YouTube, web, apps, and training channels. This contract role may also require the ability to direct agencies, internal creative support, and internal community management to produce high performing content. Some of the work will be global and will require night and evening calls.
