job summary: Our client, a well-respected property management company located in Tampa, is currently in search for an Accounting Lead on a direct hire basis. Reporting into the Direct of Client Accounting, this newly created position will be responsible for the daily accounting operations and all aspects of providing full cycle accounting services to our approximately 160 Community Association clients. This includes the preparation, review, and approval of monthly financial statements and applicable annual attest engagements / tax returns in a timely manner based on established deadlines.
