about
our programs
Randstad has dedicated programs for veterans and military spouses because every year, 200,000 military personnel enter the workforce with “soft” skills — mission-centered, tenacity, grit, lifelong learning — that are ideal for combating the talent shortage. Businesses can greatly benefit by tapping into this network; much like our military communities who have sacrificed can benefit from career sustainability. Our programs exist because we have:
- expertise in transferring military skills
- deep connection with the veteran community through unique partnerships
- upskill and reskill training programs for career readiness
promoting national guard and military reserve employment in partnership with ESGR
In alignment with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Randstad supports the cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers.
Nearly half of the troops deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan over the past 20 years were from the National Guard and Military reserves. Even now, at least 20,000 Guard troops are still on pandemic-related missions.
Randstad understands the demands placed on Guard and Reserve components are unique, and your needs as their employers vary too.
