ATLANTA – April 11, 2017 – Randstad is pleased to announce key promotions within its U.S. executive team.
Traci Fiatte has been appointed CEO of Randstad’s U.S. Professional and Commercial Staffing businesses. Traci joined the company in 1996 and most recently served as group president, responsible for commercial staffing and life sciences. In her new role, Traci will be responsible for Randstad’s non-technical professional business lines, including Randstad Professionals, Life Sciences and Tatum, in addition to all company owned commercial staffing operations and the strategic account management organization. “Throughout her impressive career with Randstad, Traci has consistently delivered sustainable profitable growth through operational innovation and relentless execution,” said Linda Galipeau, CEO of Randstad North America.
Jodi Chavez has been appointed president of Randstad Professionals, which specializes in sourcing mid-to-senior level talent within the finance and accounting, sales and marketing, human resources and legal staffing verticals. Prior to joining Randstad in 2016, Chavez spent seven years at Adecco where she held executive roles within Accounting Principles and Ajilon. “Jodi’s impressive track record in the professional staffing sector, her operational rigor and her passion for developing effective leaders will serve her well in her new role,” said Fiatte.
Within Randstad’s commercial staffing division, Linda Perneau and Greg Dyer have both been appointed to the role of president. Perneau most recently served as chief operating officer for Randstad’s commercial staffing business and Dyer held the role of division president, responsible for Randstad Inhouse Services and the strategic accounts organization. “Throughout their respective careers, Perneau and Dyer have built high-performing teams and delivered outstanding outcomes not only for the company, but for our customers and talent as well,” said Fiatte. “Their proven ability to evolve our go-to-market strategy while consistently executing to the highest standards in the industry will contribute tremendously to the future growth and success of Randstad in the U.S. market.”
To drive the next phase of growth in Randstad Technologies and Randstad Engineering, Graig Paglieri has been named group president responsible for these divisions, reporting directly to Linda Galipeau, CEO of Randstad North America. Paglieri joined Randstad in 2016 as chief innovation officer with the mandate of accelerating the development of the company’s next generation of recruiting and delivery capabilities as well as technology-enabled business models. Graig has extensive experience in the technology staffing sector having spent 11 years in senior executive roles with KFORCE. Paglieri replaces former Group President Bob Dickey who has left the organization after 23 years of outstanding service.
