build the workforce of the future — today
Tech and engineering skills shortages are being felt by companies in virtually every industry, but with Randstad's talent development program (TDP), you can stop searching for talent and start building what's next for your organization — all while reducing your cost of acquiring hard-to-find talent.
Thanks to our database of over six million STEM candidates, we deliver talent with in-demand skills by upskilling or reskilling them through comprehensive curriculums designed to arm them with the skills they need to deliver meaningful value to your business today.
In short, we don't just find great talent — we create it.

leading business process outsourcing (BPO) firm
The client needed to build a fully remote customer service department, but the rigorous and thorough background/location check that was required, meant that many otherwise qualified candidates would be out of the running — leaving the company with a limited talent pool.

- identifying alternative talent pool that met security requirements: military spouses
- hiring 1,100 customer service professionals in a two-week period
- providing 400 military spouses with flexible, stable, long-term roles
-

High demand/low supply of talent in the area of intelligent automation threatened this client’s ability to complete all of their planned Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. They turned to Randstad Technologies for help in filling these hard-to-fill slots.
Results of this effort include:
- identifying a pool of experienced developers eager to develop intelligent automation skills
- thirty-three-day training program on Automation Anywhere that incorporated traditional learning sessions with paired programming. After this training, the developers were given individual work assignments
- filling 18 RPA slots with lower-cost developers who successfully completed the RPA training sessions
-
