What You’ll Do:
- Sell & Recruit using modern technology, social media, and dynamic communication strategies.
- Identify Opportunities by connecting with businesses that need Randstad’s workforce solutions.
- Build Relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Drive Results through high-volume outreach, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose Workforce Needs and offer strategic solutions to enhance productivity.
- Negotiate Pricing to ensure competitive and quality-driven service.
- Source, Interview & Select top-tier candidates to meet client needs.
- Coach & Retain Talent by providing guidance and career opportunities.
- Market Candidates effectively to align them with the right employers.
- Innovate & Create tailored employment solutions that delight both clients and candidates.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- A competitive, driven nature—you thrive on winning!
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- A results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
- Resilience, confidence, and a passion for excellence.

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
