Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in a Legal Analyst to join our Digital Specialty and support its US-based legal team in contract management. As a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Legal and Risk for the Americas, Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel, Randstad Digital (RD) to provide professional contract management support, protect RD's legal interests, mitigate risks, drive revenue generation and close deals effectively and efficiently. You will also support the sales process on various matters including acting as the first point of contact in customer contract management, contract preparation, negotiation support, and contract compliance. - Review contracts to ensure they comply with the Randstad Digital's terms and conditions
- Circulate and discuss contracts with various departments (Insurance, Safety, Privacy, Information Security, Credit, RUSA Legal team)
- Assist sales management in contract preparation and adherence to the Contract Review Guidelines
- Make recommendations to the Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel for improvements to the process
- Maintain a database of in-process customer contract negotiations
- Prepare documents for pending customer agreements
- Maintain the contracts department web page and related contract management software
- Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent business/operations experience in a legal environment
- 3-5 years of relevant contract negotiation/administration experience (sales or staffing considered an asset)
- Knowledge of contract principles and contract negotiations
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and exceed goals in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Skilled at maintaining organized records and managing time effectively
- Professional, effective, and persuasive communication skills

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
