Objective:
This position provides dedicated support of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic initiatives for Randstad's Life Science Industry.
This position will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts and will work with the Account Owner to ensure communication and strategy with each customer is consistent throughout the organization. This pivotal role assumes all responsibility for executing against goals and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain and grow business. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, so as to maintain and develop sales of the organization’s services to prospects and customers Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills
Client Responsibilities:
- Client relationship as needed to develop sales – proactively developing and managing existing relationships with a diverse client mix
- Develop a working knowledge of the client’s business and provide customer expertise for others in the organization
- Sell client personnel on organization capabilities and present and promote specific organization candidates
- Develop relationships with all functional area leaders and provide solutions through all service offerings both staff augmentation and SOW
GP/Revenue Responsibility:
- Personal GP quota responsibility
- Achieve targets that will include revenue and GP growth, sales activity and client/prospect contact expansion goals
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams by offering innovative employment solutions, working with both clients and talent to identify employment needs and priorities and provide appropriate workforce solutions
- Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning RCS as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets
- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules
- Policy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policies
- Supervisory/Relationship: Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity.
- Direct Work Involvement/Complexity: Responsible for completion of all projects assigned to team. Help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Follows centralized functional projects
- Make formal sales presentations and Follow-up calls to build new business opportunities within targeted accounts
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by organization and awareness of the competition regarding market share, pricing, services offered, etc…
- Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with companies and contingent employees
- Market candidates that are looking for positions in your existing accounts
- Be audit compliant on all contracts by adherence to all contract terms and conditions
- Act as the subject matter expert in client VMS tools, reporting, and performance tracking
- Provide recruiting team with prioritization of new and existing business within assigned client segment considering all job order qualification details and likelihood of filling
- Effectively qualify candidate submittals prior to being sent to client
- Evaluate talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience with speed and quality top of mind
- Utilize VMS systems to effectively manage candidate submittals, interviews and offers
Impact:
- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
- Liaison: Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification.
- Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
- Capable of developing and managing a relationship with senior management of a Fortune 500 company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all client and vendor management personnel
- Coordinate closely with recruitment personnel to ensure coverage of all open job orders
What you need to bring:
- 2+ Years minimum Staffing Industry experience in the Life Science Industry
- Eligible candidates must have proven success in pharma and/or biotech industry
- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
- A proven track record of success at the executive and corporation officer level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to qualify and close deals
- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
