ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Leader for our Workday Practice in the North America geography to exclusively sell our Workday Service offerings. Must have 8+ years of experience selling Workday services/solutions to enterprise customers and a good understanding of Workday suite of products
What you get to do:
- Leading the sales function for the Digital Experience Service Line in the region by driving end-to-end sales engagement activities for our Workday service offerings across new and existing accounts.
- Responsible for qualifying leads, managing and owning the sales process, including RFPs, pitches, contract negotiations, and documentation, to successfully close deals.
- Develop comprehensive proposals/sales bids/ presentations/ demonstrations for customers in collaboration with the pre sales team and practice technical team
- Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing the strategy to protect, grow, and diversify existing/new relationships in the region.
- Leverage Randstad’s extensive and deep customer relations in the NA region to win deals across the Workday value chain
- Work in alignment with Randstad Digital Industry Sales teams and build trusted relationships with leaders and buyers in the portfolio to identify cross sell/up sell opportunities and repeat sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate Workday Modules, services, and/or solutions. Keep clients always up to date on our new offerings, solutions and recommend services.
- Collaborate with the presales and delivery team on RFP response, effort estimation & pricing, proposal presentation, demos, SOW finalization; Drive and own all commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customer
- Identify Industry plays and differentiators to drive pipeline growth across industries and work with the Practice team in creating differentiated offerings to achieve these
- Drive and manage the Go-to-market activities/ Market facing events
- Develop and orchestrate execution of Joint Go-To Market plans with OEMs.
- Maintain executive connect with OEM's and engage with their Account executives to improve Randstad Digital mindshare with OEMs customers
- Responsible for achieving the defined quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
What you need to bring:
- High School or GED
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 10 years validated experience in Enterprise Application sales
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Comprehensive understanding of the Workday ecosystem, encompassing tools and platforms that facilitate data-driven marketing, customer engagement, automation, analytics, personalization, and seamless integration to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of Workday SaaS products including HCM, Finance and/or Student Domain.
- Experience in selling to enterprise clients especially to the CXO'sKnowledge of the marketplace and delivery of Workday solutions
- Need to be strong in technology and content led selling.
- Experience with senior executive client relationship building and relationship management.
- Good understanding of Global Delivery models and methodologies
- Self-driven and highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Should have played a similar role in Tier 1, Tier 2 IT companies providing Marketing services
- Successful track record of achieving targets
This is a hybrid attendance role. It is required that you attend an office at your manager's discretion pursuant to Randstad's hybrid and remote work policies. You may also be required to travel to attend in-person events, including but not limited to training, meetings and retreats. Some of this travel may involve interprovincial and international trips.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
