Business Development Manager – Legal Staffing

Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in legal staffing (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or a related field (preferred but not required; paralegal certification or JD a plus).
- Knowledge of the legal industry, including staffing trends, hiring needs, and legal roles.
- Proven ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools for efficient client management.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on legal staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals.
- Identify and engage prospective clients who can benefit from Randstad’s legal talent solutions.
- Conduct office visits, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate service agreements.
- Diagnose workforce gaps and recommend strategic staffing solutions tailored to legal clients.
- Leverage market research and industry trends to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Expand the database of qualified legal hiring contacts and deepen existing relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms to maximize value for clients.
- Utilize a blend of technology and personal engagement to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional service that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
