Talent Solutions Manager (Hybrid – Brickell/Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Randstad, the world’s leading talent partner, is seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will focus on developing business in the Brickell, FL (33131) market, while also working in our Fort Lauderdale, FL (33309) office.
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken sales professional with 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally from the hospitality, staffing, or professional services industries. The ideal candidate is a true sales hunter—someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and access to a personal vehicle are required.
What You Get to Do:

Sell Randstad’s staffing solutions to new clients and expand relationships with existing clients

Prospect and identify businesses in need of workforce services

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers via phone, email, text, social media, and in-person meetings

Drive revenue through cold calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client visits

Negotiate pay and bill rates for optimal return and client satisfaction

Recruit, interview, and place top talent to meet client needs

Serve as a consultative partner by diagnosing workforce challenges and offering strategic solutions

Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client and candidate expectations
Requirements:

3–5 years of professional B2B sales experience (required), with a history of hunting and closing new business

Experience in hospitality, staffing, or professional services is highly preferred

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)

Confident, articulate, and well-spoken communicator who can influence and build trust with decision-makers

Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all channels (phone, virtual, in-person)

Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a hybrid setting

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
