The Practice Manager STIM oversees search and placement services for candidates and clients in specific skilled trade job families, while also managing and developing direct staff to ensure effective job execution. What you get to do:
- Achieve personal gross profit targets through acquisition of new clients and repeat placements
- Execute sales and business development activities, including sourcing, client qualification, candidate marketing, rate negotiations, and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and implement focused business recruiting and marketing plans to build a pipeline of candidates matching assigned focus jobs
- Conduct independent research to identify, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client-specific job profiles
- Utilize various technologies to enhance candidate and client experiences, including video interviewing and chat platforms
- Prepare candidates for interviews, perform compensation analysis, and extend competitive offer packages
- Lead, train, coach, and performance manage direct staff to ensure effective job execution
- Monitor team progress, identify areas of opportunity, and develop succession plans
- Maintain operational standards of excellence and profitability by monitoring reports and seeking improvement opportunities
- Protect placements through guarantee periods and post-placement follow-up activities
What you need to bring:
- Minimum 5 years of direct hire recruiting experience; background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work within a team environment; detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with hiring manager and client partners
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and to qualify and close deals
- Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- History of leading and growing a successful team
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
