They are in need of an AP Manager to join their growing team!
The Accounts Payable Manager will manage and coordinate activities required to ensure an accurate accounts payable system and records. This position will be responsible for timely and accurate payment of vendors, building key relationships with internal and external customers, and driving department efficiencies and automation.

- Oversee the expense invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable invoice aging and cash control reports
- Control and implement systematic approach to handle the accounts payable review process for all company payments
- Complete specific vouchers and vendor payments as needed by senior management
- Process vendor credit applications, including providing references and tax credentials
- Support, monitor and supervise the daily activities of the accounts payable department with staff of approximately 10 employees
- Oversee the merchandise invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist merchandise staff in resolving any PO discrepancies by elevating issues to proper parties and departments when necessary
qualifications:
Qualifications, Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, not required
- Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in accounts payable
- Minimum of four (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated work experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Windows environment
