responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role will include: overseeing the accounting functions company and managing capital activity. In this role, you will work closely with the Controller/Financial Director, property management companies, and capital partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Other daily responsibilities include; bank reconciliations, journal entries, and special projects.

 
qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of relative industry experience, working knowledge of Yardi, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, and be well-versed with accounting principles. Compensation to $110k + Excellent Benefits.
