A global distribution company is seeking an Inventory Accountant to join their Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting and experience with Inventory accounting. This hybrid position offers 3 days in the office and a salary range of $110-120K for the Sr. Inventory Accountant role.

responsibilities:
- Perform the accounting transactions related to all inventory cycles, including Inventory Transfers, Receiving Inventory, recording vendor bills and Inventory Adjustments.
- Review Bill of Materials for accuracy
- Review inventory pricing
- Inventory reconciliations
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Month end reconciliation of Inventory related GL accounts
- Develop Inventory reports as needed
qualifications:
- BS in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years of general ledger experience
- Prior experience with Inventory in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Advanced Excel skills
