Sales Support Coordinator - $45,000 to $55,000 (IN OFFICE ROLE)
Our firm started partnering with this company over a decade ago when they had less than 20 employees and their offices were literally two trailers. It has been fun to work with them as they've grown to 65 employees and now have a temporary office (and are building a brand new office that will be completed in Spring 2025).
The Sales Support Coordinator is a very visible role that will interact with employees throughout the company as well as external customers and vendors.
This position will have an impact on the continued success of the company and offers a nice path for career growth.
Our client would ideally love to identify a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of sales support / marketing support experience who is looking to build a career with a growing and dynamic (and - quite frankly - pretty cool) company. Our client is also open to candidates with an Associates Degree or no degree if they have strong sales support experience - preferably in a manufacturing or services environment.

responsibilities:
- Support the sales team (including the Director of Sales & Marketing plus a Lead Customer Service Coordinator) with lead tracking and follow-up.
- Update pricing and quotation data and generate sales reports.
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings and plan for annual trade shows and exhibitions.
- Manage advertising materials including brochures, industry publications and video libraries.
- Handle initial inbound sales and service requests from customers.

Our client is open to two candidate profiles for the Sales Support Coordinator position-
- Candidate with Bachelor's and / or Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of sales support / marketing support experience.
- Non Degreed candidate with strong sales support experience - preferably in a manufacturing or services environment.
