responsibilities:
Financial Operations Management:

• Oversee accounting and financial processes across multiple entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with financial standards.

Cash Flow Strategy:

• Analyze and forecast cash flow to optimize liquidity and align financial strategies with organizational objectives.

Banking & Transactions:

• Manage banking relationships, oversee transactions, and ensure the efficiency of financial operations.

Investment Oversight:

• Administer and monitor the organization's investment portfolio to maximize returns and ensure effective cash allocation.

Accounting Systems & Bookkeeping:

• Streamline QuickBooks processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management, to maintain accurate records.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, establish internal controls, and collaborate with external CPA firms for tax preparation and reporting.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in managing an accounting team.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not required.
