Tatum by Randstad is seeking a seasoned Enrolled Agent or CPA to assist with the upcoming tax season for our Washtenaw Count-based client. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax preparation, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of IRS guidelines.
This is a contract position that should last for at least 8 weeks starting right after the New Year.
The compensation range for this position is $37/hr. to 48/hr., based on previous experience.

qualifications:
- Enrolled Agent or CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, Drake Tax).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work extended hours during peak tax season.
