Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting an Accounting Manager search for a well-established Healthcare Provider based in Ontario, CA.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the facility. Responsibilities include developing, interpreting, coordinating, and administering the hospital's policies on finance, accounting, insurance, financial/accounting systems, internal controls, and auditing.

responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations, review month-end reports and present to CFO; prepare final financial statements after CFO approval
- Analysis of monthly operating report; document findings and provide resolutions
- Research and make necessary corrections for revenue close; complete comprehensive data analysis, document findings and resolutions
- Participates in the development of an annual budget for the Hospital; monitors the performance of all departments and services in conformance with the budget
- Support audit activities, assuring financial statements and all reconciliations, bank statements and cash transaction schedules are completed accurately
- Participate in the development of accounting, and internal control policies and systems
- Review contracts and make recommendations regarding the viability of the contracted service, the cost of the program/service and general conditions of the contract
qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant Healthcare (Hospital) experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Advanced Excel knowledge required (Pivot Tables, VLookup's, Complex Formulas, etc.)
