responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Journal Entries and Transactions:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
- Accounts Management:
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Support Senior Accountants:
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
- Expense and Payroll Review:
- Assist with the review of expenses, payroll records, and other assigned financial tasks.
- Database Updates:
- Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when required.
qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software (Microsoft Navision and
Dynamics 360)
Accounting, finance or relevant field
Troubleshooting and can work independently
