- Compensation: $26-$29/hour (non-exempt position).
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday.

responsibilities:
- Entering 50-100 invoices per week?.
- ?Paying invoices on a timely basis in accordance with payment terms?.
- Generating check runs and ACH batches?.
- ?Mailing checks?.
- Maintaining ??accurate records and files?.
- Assisting with time and material billing calculation and ??reconciliations.
- ?Communication with customers regarding invoice discrepancies.
- ?C?reating monthly quantity reports ?f?or customers.
qualifications:
- Prior experience with processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Possess excellent computer skills, especially experience with Excel.
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
