Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for a Senior Accountant that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions through month-end close which includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and AP/AR review. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports audits, and upholds compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
The pay range for this onsite contract position is $45 to $50/hr. based on experience and should last approximately 2-3 months.

responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial statements.
- Record and review adjusting journal entries with appropriate documentation.
- Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Develop schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
- Perform quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Cost Accounting (preferred experience)
- Cash Flow reporting
- Review Accounts Payable
- Review Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Assist with various system upgrades/integrations as needed
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- NetSuite or similar software experience preferred
- Must be able to work onsite in Henderson
