Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Restaurant Accounting experience highly preferred.

- Prepare and review complex financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee account reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Provide support for audits, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
