The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. responsibilities:
- Led team with developing and aligning HR strategy to business objectives for successful outcomes.
- Guide and influence leaders through understanding and balancing the needs of the business, employees, and the company as a whole.
- Partner with the team to deliver results by providing expertise, guidance, and tactical execution in the areas of talent acquisition, performance, career development, succession planning, compensation, employee relations, and employee retention and engagement.
- Coordinate the annual HR processes including merit review, performance, and union labor negotiations.
- Bring our value of transparent communication to life by partnering with leaders and consult with managers, supervisors, and employees on people related topics.
- Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within the HR function as assigned.
- Translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success.
- Manage employee records, including facilitating/initiating updates in various HR systems for ad hoc employee changes.
- Recruit, onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
qualifications:
- MUST LIVE LOCAL TO DALLAS OFFICE
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Must have prior experience working in a plant or large coporate manufacturing company
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated history of high performance
- Ability to multitask, including both strategic and tactical work
- Ability to execute quickly and effectively to meet critical deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work.
