Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating across departments.

responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close processes, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business objectives.
- Coordinate and lead external audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and trends.
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
