responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Reconcile and maintain fixed asset schedules.
- Complete journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations for month-end close.
- Ensure accurate intercompany billbacks and prepare elimination entries for consolidation.
- Perform monthly variance analyses for financials and budgets.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and key analytical reports for management.
- Record daily cash and bank activities, manage billing, and handle ad hoc projects.
- Support annual audits as needed.
- Assess and review internal controls and risk areas.
- Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP.
qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- BS in Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proficient in ERP systems, including integrations/implementations.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, macros, formulas, financial models).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Proven experience supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
