Our client, a well-established, family-owned construction business based in Wilmington, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all project-related activities. The Project Manager collaborates closely with the project foreman, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee all construction activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and inspections.
- Track project progress and performance to ensure milestones are met within the allocated time and budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine site visits to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and analyze construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Provide frequent progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting project status, risks, and potential challenges.

Education & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in reviewing documents and project materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
