Tatum is engaged by a fast growing Private Equity backed Wholesaler client who is in need of a Sell Side Support Consultant to lead & manage the sell process; with the resource being an EXPERT in QofE efforts and inquiries. CPA is preferred.

responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the business and operations
- Provide Data Room management
- Support QofE efforts and inquiry
- Build and support with presentation of company financial information and sell side support activities
- Support due diligence activities
- Provide ad hoc inquiry support
- Provide operational and legal inquiry support
qualifications:
Must have been personally responsible for generating the QoE (Quality of Earnings Report)
Must have Sell-side Due Diligence
Must have experience with presentations to ownership / investors
8+ years experience in mid-size companies at the Controller or CFO
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
CPA is required
