Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Senior Manager, HR for a very well-established, progressive, and growing manufacturing company in Burbank. This role will sit onsite (Monday to Friday) and work closely with the leadership team and staff. Compensation to $140k + Bonus.

responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities in this hands-on opportunity will include: management of the Human Resources staff and plans, develops, recommends, and implements Human Resources activities policies, procedures, and programs for an organization, as well as operating as a fully contributing member of the Leadership team as a strategist, team player and partner lead.
qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the opportunity will have a bachelor's degree, 10 + years of relative experience, be able to interact with all levels of management, and be a collaborator amongst all employees.
