Tatum has just been engaged by a previous Private Equity backed client who is looking to bring in a new CFO. This individual can be a permanent hire, or Interim to Perm CFO for their North Carolina based portfolio company. This company is in the manufacturing industry and is around $90Mil in revenue size. If you are not local you would need to travel in or relocate so you can be onsite 5 days a week.

responsibilities:
Typical day to day CFO duties to include: FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting & Controls, M&A, Cash & Working Capital Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Data & Trend Analysis, Stakeholder & Employee Relations
- Providing overall strategic and operational direction
- Assist the CEO, senior management team and Board
- Identify KPIs, implement processes to increase growth, & cash flow
- Accounting and tracking all modified parts within WIP
qualifications:
- In-office 5 days a week (Near Greensboro, NC)
- Deep understanding of capital-intensive business models and related ROI
frameworks - Recent & "hands-on" Manufacturing industry experience
- Other relevant industry experience - aerospace, defense, steel fabrication, supply chain
- ASC 606 revenue recognition reporting
- Hands-on inventory management and cost accounting
- Advanced cost manufacturing

- WIP
- Prep for sale experience
- M&A experience
