Established and growing real estate investment/property management company located in downtown San Francisco is looking for a Staff Accountant. Report to the Controller supporting month end close and operations.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections, revenue, expense, proper account coding for revenue and expenses, balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation.
- Post necessary non- recurring charges to tenant ledgers as requested by property management from time to time
- Pursue resolution of business issues impacting the financial statements in a proactive, independent manner
- Prepare journal entries including appropriate documentation
- Participate in Month End close activities
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting packages by required deadlines
- Review and monitor cash flow forecasts for multiple bank accounts and projects as needed
- Review outstanding Accounts Receivable balances for accuracy

BS degree
2-3 years of related experience
Real estate industry experience preferred
skills: A/P Processing, A/R Review
