We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to stakeholders.

responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and financial impacts.
- Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting scenario analysis and financial evaluations.
- Improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies through automation and best practices.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
