Accounts Receivable (AR) Credit Manager
We are seeking an experienced AR Credit Manager to oversee credit and collections processes, ensuring the company maintains a healthy cash flow while minimizing financial risk. This role is responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, setting credit limits, managing collections, and developing policies to optimize accounts receivable performance.

responsibilities:
- Assess customer credit applications, analyze financial statements, and determine appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, manage collections efforts, and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk while supporting business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to establish payment terms and resolve disputes.
- Analyze credit and collections data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to credit management.
- Lead and mentor the AR team, fostering efficiency and effectiveness in credit and collections activities.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of credit laws, collections processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
