A leading investment firm is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join its Finance & Accounting team. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and portfolio data accuracy. Responsibilities include fund administration oversight, financial reporting, compliance, and portfolio data analysis. Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Financial Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain financial and operational data from portfolio companies
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support investment decisions
- Manage fund administrator, including reviewing capital calls, distributions, and reports
- Oversee fund audits, tax return preparation, and compliance filings (Form ADV, Form PF, Cayman filings)
- Update cash forecasts and capital planning
- Support investor relations with fundraising materials and due diligence requests

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined public accounting and venture capital/private equity experience
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL/database knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
