Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)
Develop financial models and perform variance analysis to improve business decisions.
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and develop financial highlights to articulate progress against objectives.
Develop and manage global sales incentive plan.
Partner with business leadership to develop short- and long-range forecasts.
Lead the preparation of compelling month end financial reporting packages.
Identify trends and insightful analysis of financial results.
Report on key performance indicators, including developing dashboards to support efficient and effective monitoring.
Collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain & other departments to gather & analyze financial data.
Work closely with functional leaders to understand their financial needs & provide analytical support.
Play a critical role in optimizing the use of business intelligence tools companywide.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function as well as eliminate non-value-added work.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors in accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Exp. with manufacturing ERP (JDE preferred), financial planning software & business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Highly adaptable to shifting priorities and delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.
