Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and standard financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

responsibilities:
- Perform and review routine and complex accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Interpret and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes and assist in variance analysis.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger while supporting internal controls and compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with external auditors by preparing required documentation and addressing audit inquiries.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting function.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with other departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
