job summary:
Seeking talent with experience supporting safety and/or environmental programs in a consumer packaged goods company. This role involves creating and updating comprehensive energy control documentation, optimizing record keeping systems, and enhancing site compliance through improved environmental safety data sheets and accurate chemical inventory management. The position requires strong attention to regulatory standards, partnership and coordination with site stakeholders with a focus on implementing efficient processes that support a safe, compliant, and well-documented work environment.

responsibilities:
- Creation of energy control documentation

- Optimize record-keeping systems

- Improve naming convention and streamline access to shared documents

- Equipment identification and labeling to Safety & Environmental standards

- Streamline chemical inventory lists and streamline access to Safety Data Sheets leveraging existing programs

- Develop basic Power Point resource for Environmental trainings

- Support creation of digital processes for inspections

 
qualifications:
- 2-year Degree or High School Degree w/ 3+ years of directly relatable experience

- Prior Safety and/or Environmental experience

- Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)

- Effective communication

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Detail oriented/high attention to detail

- Ability to partner and connect across teams
