? Develop & execute strategic business plans
? Identify & prioritize new market opportunities
? Build key partnerships & secure new work plans
? Collaborate with R&D on new product launches
? Attend industry conferences & drive brand awareness
qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years in BD/Sales in pharma/CDMO
- Strong market analysis & strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to negotiate partnerships & contracts
- Experience in FDA & DEA-regulated environments
- Willing to travel (20%+)
