responsibilities:
? Lead & develop the maintenance team across all shifts
? Manage preventive maintenance & urgent repairs
? Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
? Oversee equipment inspections & facility upkeep
? Track KPIs & optimize asset lifecycle management
qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership in an industrial setting
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical, electrical & troubleshooting skills
- CMMS experience & knowledge of utility systems
- Excellent leadership & problem-solving abilities
