responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and troubleshoot HPLC methods. Understand and apply different chromatographic modes (RPLC, NPLC, Polar organic, etc.) to optimize chromatographic separations
- Apply chromatographic software such as ChromSword, Drylab, and/or Fusion to optimize HPLC separations for deeper analysis
- Ensure GxP compliant delivery of high-quality data in a regulated environment
- Effectively communicate conclusions/findings to larger groups
- Develop protocols for more complex tests or experiments performed with less defined assays and parameters
qualifications:
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or related field with minimum 2-5 yrs lab experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred) or Masters Degree.
- Solid use of analytical instruments including HPLC and chromatography data systems (i.e., Empower, Chromeleon)
- Lab research experience (academic and / or industry) with proven-track record of presentations/publications
- Familiarity with ChromSword, Drylab and/or Fusion
- Familiar with GMP/GLP standards and experience working in a regulated environment
