job summary:
Looking for a self-starter, motivated contractor eager to learn and help the Stability Operations team in the Scientific and Laboratory Services department. This person would support the Stability Laboratory by receiving shipments, setting up stability studies and pulling samples from the stability chambers.

responsibilities:
Daily activities will be accomplished by following SOPs. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Receipt and unpacking of incoming stability studies from various study sponsors/customers.

- Place product into stability chambers.

- Pull stability samples from chambers as required per LIMS pull schedule.

- Label stability samples and prepare for shipping to testing facilities.

- Complete required shipping documents and process shipments to customers.

- Report any unexpected observations of and deviations from procedures to management.

- Monitor stability chamber conditions/humidity. Change temperature and humidity monitoring chart recorder paper for chamber.

- Performs activities according to relevant SOPs and in line with cGMPs

- Proficient with Windows Applications such as Excel, Word, SharePoint

- Uses good documentation practices

- Keeps a clean and organized workspace

 
qualifications:
- Associate Degree, preferably in a science related field. Or, at least 2 years in related experience.

- Experience with LIMS and Documentation is a must

- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and SharePoint
