responsibilities:
- Establish primary human cell culture models and conduct molecular, biochemical, and imaging analysis using various techniques and assays
- Develop, implement, and document experimental protocols/techniques/results
- Engage in cross-functional, novel therapeutic platform-based drug discovery projects in immunology
- Collaborate with scientists across diverse areas in a matrixed research environment
- Manage multiple tasks and project activities simultaneously
- Communicate and present project designs and results clearly, both to individual stakeholders and in group settings
qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related disciplines with 5+ years of lab research experience, or preferentially master's degree with 3+ years of lab research experience
- Experience with primary human cell culture models required
- Experience with RNA and protein biomarker assays required
- Experience with imaging analysis of cell culture models required
- Ability to learn new skills and apply them in a fast-paced research environment is a must
- Highly developed problem-solving and communication skills required
