responsibilities:
- Administrative functions in this position, including but not limited to; filing, sorting, reviewing, data entry, and communicating/working with departments throughout the organization
- Interface with internal and external suppliers to request/obtain required material and supplier documentation, establish supplier to supplier agreements, and perform general customer inquiries
- Participating in cross-functional meetings for change management, material review boards, and supplier review boards
- Assist periodic internal audits to meet corporate, ISO and EXCiPACT requirements.
- Taking part in and contributing to a safe working environment by following corporate and departmental safety regulations
- Assist in other duties as required by the department or projects; training for these items will be provided with either on-the-job training and/or formal training
qualifications:
- MS applications
- Trackwise would be helpful
- Previous experience in supplier quality: qualification of supplier, qualification of raw materials, annual reassessment of suppliers
