Job Description
Position may include keeping lab records, following safety guidelines, reviewing SDS, compilation of ingredients for review and reporting, reporting results, quality-control measurements, microscopic analysis, formula troubleshooting, and in vitro measurements in addition to formulation work, e.g. batching, conducting/tracking/organizing stability studies, filling and labeling samples, submitting requests for testing, etc. May require bending and lifting up to 25 kg, and operation of bench-scale manufacturing and analytical equipment.

Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline required.
- Prior cosmetic or pharmaceutical lab experience is preferred but not required.
- Ideal candidate is efficient and a quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid references required.
